This website is operated by Seyl Skin. By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these terms.

Products
Our products are cosmetic soaps for external use only. Results vary from person to person. Do a patch test before first use, stop using the product if irritation occurs, and avoid contact with eyes. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you have a skin condition, speak to a doctor or dermatologist.

Prices and payment
All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR). We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown at checkout. If a product is unavailable or a price was shown in error, we may cancel your order and refund you in full.

Orders
We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if we suspect fraud. You agree to give accurate contact, payment and delivery details.

Shipping and refunds
Delivery and refunds are covered by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

All text, images and videos on this site belong to Seyl Skin and may not be copied without permission.

Liability
To the extent allowed by law, Seyl Skin is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our products or website. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
