We want you to love your skin. Use Seyl Skin daily, and if you’re not happy with your results within 60 days of receiving your order, email us and we’ll refund you.
How to claim:
- Email faizaanvx@gmail.com within 60 days of delivery with your order number and a short note on how you used the product.
- We’ll reply within 2 working days with next steps.
- Once approved, your refund goes back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 working days.
The guarantee covers one order per customer. Faster Secure Shipping fees are not refundable.
Damaged or wrong items: if your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we’ll send a replacement or refund you in full.
Unopened items: you can return unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Please email us first for the return address. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
Your rights under the South African Consumer Protection Act are not affected by this policy
